When you order a painting you agree to these terms:
With the painting you receive restricted rights. You can use the painting i.e. for your website, flyers, brochures ... so for all personal uses. You are not entitled to use the paintings for commercial purposes like posters, greeting cards etc. without a written permission by me. In all kinds of uses you need to refer to "A Soul Painting by Dietrich von Oppeln" and have this written i.e. in your impressum.
The sole ownership of the Copy Right of the painting stays with me, Dietrich von Oppeln.
The painting may contain art related nuditity. If you absolutely do not want this, please mention this in your order. There is no possibility to return the painting with refund after it has been created. You can cancel your order within 14 days after ordering - unless it was a rush order.
Dietrich von Oppeln is not to be held responsible for any detriments which might occur from the paintings. Advance deposit might be required. You reveive an invoice with the delivery of the painting.
